Elvin Mammadov
Deputy Chairman of the “State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate” public legal entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Born on September 27, 1981 in Mingachevir.
In 1998, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Baku State University, and in 2002, graduated from the same university with a degree in Law .
From 2003 to 2005 , he worked as a lawyer at "Izolit" JSC
From 2007 to 2009 , he worked as a consultant at the Department for Economic Relations with CIS Countries of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2009 to 2013 , he worked as a lawyer and head of legal department at 'Transqeyt' LLC, and during 2013–2014, at “Baku Taxi” LLC.
From 2014 to 2015 , he worked as a consultant and senior consultant at the Human Resources Sector of the Baku City Education Department under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2015 to 2019 , he worked as a deputy head of the Information Department – head of the Chancellery Sector, and head of the Sector for Review of Citizen Appeals of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2019 to 2021 , he worked as a Deputy Director General of the Department for Document Management and Review of Appeals, and a deputy head of the Main Department for Document Management and Review of Appeals (Secretariat) of the Ministry of Taxes.
In 2021, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the State Register of Real Estate Service under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2021, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the 'State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate' public legal entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is married and has three children.
