Farid Jafarov
Deputy Chairman of the 'State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate' public legal entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Born on July 16, 1987 in Baku.
In 2004, he enrolled in the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy for a bachelor's degree, and in 2008, graduated from the same university in International Economic Relations.
In 2013, he enrolled in the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University for a master's degree, and in 2016, graduated from the same university in financial markets.
In 2012, he entered The George Washington University of the United States, and in 2013, graduated with a Master's Certificate in Project Management from its School of Business.
Since 2021, he has been pursuing additional education in the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program at Duke University of the United States.
During the years 2010–2011, he worked as a leading specialist at 'Azerpocht' LLC, during 2011–2013, as a specialist and leading specialist at 'Bank Respublika' JSC, in 2013, as the Chairman of the Board at 'Finanslizing' JSC, and during 2013–2015, as a member of the Board at 'FinEX Kredit' NBCO JSC.
During the years 2016–2018, he worked as a head of sector and assistant to the chairman at the Office of the State Committee on Property Issues.
During the years 2018–2019, he worked as the director of the Cadastre and Land Management Project-Research Center LLC under the Cadastre and Address Register of Real Estate Service of the State Committee on Property Issues.
During the years 2019–2021, he worked as the director of the Cadastre and Land Management Project-Research Center LLC under the Cadastre and Address Register of Real Estate Service of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2021, he was appointed to the position of Advisor to the Chief of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2021, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the 'State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate' public legal entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is married and has one child.
