Elshad Mammadov
Deputy Chairman of the 'State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate' public legal entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Born on April 5, 1975 in Kurdamir.
In 1993, he enrolled in the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University of the Republic of Turkiye, and in 1998, graduated from the same university in general economics, labor economics, and sociology.
In 1998, he entered Ankara University of the Republic of Turkiye for a master's degree, and in 2001, graduated from the same university in Engineering Economics and Management.
During the years 2000–2005, he worked as an industrial relations specialist at the Trade Union of the Republic of Turkiye, during 2005–2007, as the Head of Human Resources Department at Haribo confectionery company, during 2007–2008, as the Director of Ruman Resources Department at Sedef Shipbuilding Company, and during 2008–2009, as the Deputy Director of Human Resources Department and Director for Strategic Planning at Vest Consulting LLC.
In 2009, he was appointed to the position of Head of the Department for Organization of Compilation and Maintenance of the State Register at the State Register of Real Estate Service under the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2010, he was appointed to the position of Head of the Office of the State Register of Real Estate Service under the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2011, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the State Register of Real Estate Service under the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2021, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the 'State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate' public legal entity under the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is married and has two children.
