During the January-November period of 2025, the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy registered 328,061 ownership rights over real estate and issued the corresponding extracts. Out of the registered ownership rights, 63,891 (19.5%) accounted for primary registration, while 264,170 (80.5%) accounted for secondary registration.
Ownership Rights Statistics by Property Type
During the January-November period of 2025, the state registration of ownership rights was conducted for 64,366 private residential and summer houses, 85,424 apartments, 166,494 land parcels, 2,832 non-residential buildings, 8,172 non-residential premises, 667 property complexes, 103 multi-story residential buildings, and 3 perennial plantings. Out of the ownership rights registered during this period, 91,917 accounted for Baku city, while the remaining part accounted for the regions.
Number of Technical Passports and Mortgage Agreements
During the January-November period of this year, 235,713 technical passports were issued, and 56,948 mortgage agreements were registered.
